Hey there! This is me, Kelley, a stay-at-home, homeschooling mama to four children ages 6-12 and wife to one techie, handy, and very dear husband. I am a clinical social worker, and though I no longer practice, I continue to be interested in human development, personal growth, and family systems.

I LOVE to read and think most of life’s answers are in books. I read aloud to all my children, whether or not they can read to themselves, every single day. I have shelves and shelves of books that I consider old and dear friends. For my own self, I mostly read non-fiction on the subject of Waldorf eduction, or anything related to learning, nutrition, or personal or spiritual growth. I pick up classic fiction now and then and love to hear book recommendations from friends.

As a family, we love to be outdoors hiking, exploring, and camping especially, but also just walking/biking/rollerblading the neighborhood or playing at our neighborhood park. We are creative people and DIYers. There are always projects going on at our place.

I am thankful to have you reading my blog. Please say hello, and of course recommend good books often!
